Technological innovation in automotive filter materials is advancing rapidly, with nanofiber composite filter materials becoming the preferred choice for high-end models due to their superior filtration performance. The proportion of nanofiber materials applied in automotive filters has increased to 35%, and their filtration efficiency is 42% higher than that of traditional melt-blown materials. High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters with a filtration efficiency of 99.97% have become standard equipment for models above $45,000. In 2025, the installation rate of nanofiber media in high-end vehicles reached 32%, nearly tripling compared to three years ago. The key advantages of nanofiber materials lie in their ability to capture ultra-fine particles while maintaining low airflow resistance, which helps improve engine efficiency and extend filter service life. Manufacturers are continuously optimizing the production process of nanofiber materials to reduce costs, promoting the gradual popularization of this high-performance material in mid-range vehicle models. The breakthrough in new material applications has become a core competitive point in the industry's technological upgrading.
